      The co-workers are wonderful people!

      The team lead is not an effective trainer. She told me, ask as many questions as you need to. Then, she would respond to my questions with either a brusque answer or another question. And, I still didn't have a proper answer to my questions. She doesn't answer your questions, and then tattles to the boss about what you are doing wrong. There is a lot to learn in a very short time and you aren't allowed to make many, if any, mistakes. For the hourly wage, this place is no good.

      Best reasons to work here is learning how to do background checks on individuals.

      The downsides of working here are the people in management especially the team lead. There is no proper training.. You sit and Write on papers all day. Supposedly, this prepares you for the computer. The team lead is loud,rude, and intimidating. She answer your question with a question and has an attitude.she is a snitch, will tell the boss everything. The team lead is the reason for a tense environment. Before I started there had already been 5 employees before me. This is the reason for the high turnover.
