The company today is not what it was when I started. The business and team has moved from early startup mode and is working on scaling. The team has changed, but in no way has it lost the best talent. Like any team, we have had a couple of people move on that we care about, but we only cheer their new opportunities. The business was originally separated in two offices but is now in SF. That transition was tough but we love where we are now and love having space to do meetups with the users of our system. The sophistication of our product is a lot of work given such a small team, but we are working hard to build out the team. Dealing with the legacy opinions of people that most of use have never even met is a problem that continues to hurt us.
