Pls work here if you want to get manipulated and used
Minpunten
Having worked closely with Nina Leki, the founder of Baggit, I can honestly say that it was one of the worst work environments I’ve ever been a part of. This includes my experiences with startups and businesses that didn’t make it. Nothing compares to the toxic atmosphere I encountered at Baggit.
What made it worse was the way the founder presents herself. Nina often pretended to be someone she’s not, and in my experience, she is one of the most inconsiderate people I’ve come across. I take this personally, and I can't help but hold a grudge against her. She doesn't deserve the good people who work for her, as she only seems to know how to manipulate and use others for her own gain.
Business owners can be busy, but there should always be a level of humanity, humility, and kindness. I’ve worked with some amazing business owners who were humble, but Nina doesn’t come close to them. I feel as though she lacks these qualities entirely. To be honest, I can only wish her and her brand the worst because she hasn’t earned the goodwill of those around her.
