Many Partners are dishonest and misleading. - Poor work/life balance with excessive travel. - Low employee morale, many people frustrated with leadership. - Company rarely promotes from within. They heavily recruit people from Big 4. - Not a fun place to work. No team building events. Bad place for young people to work. - Very clicky, and nepotism dominates. If you don't align yourself with the right people, you won't get ahead here. - It is difficult to be successful if you get put on projects that were underbid and that are impossible to achieve realization.
