Accessible senior management. Most departments have good leadership. My own team has a lot of flexibility around prioritization, tools we use, and decision making. Good hardware. Occasional free lunches or breakfasts and frequent raffles of free stuff - sports tickets, gift baskets, sometimes electronics. The company makes equipment that helps people get fit and healthy and provides economic opportunities. It's easy to feel good about the company's mission. They genuinely care about the customers first. The company is mindful of COVID precautions which I appreciate. The work environment is nice - clean and comfortable in the office although noise can be an issue if your department is in a crowded area. The company is experiencing continued growth.

Some leadership can be set in their ways - this varies by team. Some departments do not have flexible work hours but others do. Career mobility also varies based on department; smaller teams have fewer opportunities for promotion, but the work they do is highly visible.
