• Honestly, I can't think of a legit con. But, if I had to name something it would be occasionally working extra hours. However, this is not the norm. They really do strike a good work/life balance.

Balcom has a great work environment and truly cares about the people who work there. There are opportunities to gain experience in multiple aspects of agency business as well as client businesses.

As a small company, opportunities for advancement are limited.
