BW's & Baldwin's culture is a nice balance of being focused on people and performance. They will do all they can to make you successful, but bad attitudes and/or continued poor performance is not tolerated. Baldwin works with some very interesting machine vision technology. Baldwin has a very international customer & employee base. There is regular opportunity to interface with coworkers and customers in Europe, India, China, Japan, and LATAM.
