Very biased and the management expects you to hold bucket. If you hold buckets then you are good else you are bad and then you will treated as a slave and you work as a slave.
Managers are very incapable and doesn't know anything technical always criticize people saying that this is a product based company and stuffs.
Promised me to put into the specialization I had but gave me something else which technology was older than my grandma and say latest and greatest. You call the latest technology open your eyes and see the array of technology we have in the market.
People who hold bucket will be given promotion and hike even thought they have not performed. The deserving people who worked really hard will not be given hike or promotion, all because they didn't catch hold of bucket. Please don't join this company by looking at the initial package they will put everything in variable pay and you will end up earning lesser than your previous salary. The worst company ever.
