They pay 30% more than industry standard. But remember you've to work 90% more than normal effort. They play very good game here.. you get 30 % more salary but need to do work that 2/3 persons does. they lock the resource by giving you heck of salary and you cannot jump out easily. Technically, nothing here.. using al outdated technologies. No work life balance at all.. Constant team changing.. they play wid resource as like they want. Hire people saying it ll be development job role, but end up in putting support projects. You need to do support weekends, 24/7. They won't listen to your personal needs. Be careful if you're joining here. make sure what team and role you ll placed. Do not get attracted by salary. You ll end up as a outdated candidate when you come out of this company.
