The work culture is quite heavy, focused on finding blame, which creates a toxic environment where colleagues often undermine each other to get ahead. This leads to high employee turnover and a noticeable lack of motivation. Although I found some good and collaborative people, most of the toxicity comes from the upper levels, which inevitably affects low levels. The opportunities for growth are practically nonexistent, and while the compensation might seem appealing, it does not outweigh the mistreatment you may experience here. You won't be able to change the system.
