Culture Shift: Since the layoffs in December 2025, the "chill" vibe is gone. It has been replaced by an "all work or get fired" mentality. Management & Transparency: Leadership claimed the layoffs were a mistake in execution, yet the current strategy seems to be making the environment so uncomfortable that people resign voluntarily. Operational Management: Significant disconnect between upper management and the reality of the floor. Recent headcount reductions have led to burnout and a lack of empathy toward subordinates. Professional Development: There is a lack of career progression. The work is largely mechanical, and the company relies on an aging tech stack with no roadmap for modernization or employee training. Financial Disappointment: Revenue-driven pressure is high, but when targets aren't met, the employees bear the brunt through lost bonuses and job insecurity.
