Minpunten
No engineering culture whatsoever. No bonus if KPIs are not hit, and no transparency behind how the KPIs are set. Nobody was held responsible for the recent fire then hire incident. Last minute decisions from upper management or the CEO, coming out of nowhere at the last hour. The engineers and QA absorb the stress from the poor planning. The company no longer feels like it is a music company. The office is dead now and the culture change is the elephant in the room that management refuses to acknowledge.
