1. Salaries can be somewhat on the lower side. You generally could paid more at a larger company.
2. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of how the CEO handled covid during earlier stages. There was a push, by the CEO, to get people back in the office 6 months before vaccines were available to the general public. This never panned out as cases were rising significantly during that time period.
3. We are all back in the office now and there's no way to know if everyone you work with is vaccinated.
