Wonderful culture as the CEO genuinely cares about the happiness and success of his employees. A great place to jump start your career out of college with amazing opportunities to grow.

Minpunten

The cons of working here are slim to note. One could say working from home is a con, however I find the day is 100x more productive. Having face to face interactions with your colleagues also has a great influence on mental health.

Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.
