Some decent benefits, quite a few good people who are there to put food on their families tables. In the old days they were referred to as indentured servants

The CEO is the biggest hypocrite walking the planet! He comes off as an Evangelistic bible thumping "christian" , nothing is farther from the truth. The turn-over at this place is amazing. When the Karma train pulls into the station, he will be held accountable!

Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.
