I worked at the company for just under a year and found the experience disappointing overall. While I enjoyed aspects of the role and felt I made a positive contribution, the working environment was challenging. Management style often felt unsupportive, communication could be poor, and there was a lack of constructive feedback and development. The systems and processes in place were not always efficient, which made it difficult to work effectively at times. I also felt there was a strong emphasis on culture fit, and employees who were perceived not to fit the mould were not always given a fair opportunity to succeed. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling undervalued despite bringing significant experience to the role and working hard to deliver results.

Lay-back work environment and all they allow you to voice your opinion.

Minpunten

They don't promote within and will go outside to promote and lack of communication between US and UK office.

Pluspunten

Good company product and both on mobile payments and mobile analytics. Interesting projects always looking to figure out new ways of implementing mobile payments and being an innovative company. Great office atmosphere and great CEO.

Minpunten

All the company resources are in the UK so limited in regards to being a bigger company in the US. Good products but were never aggressive enough to take the next steps when other companies came in and took some of the market share. Office in the UK is fragmented especially on the developer side they tend to talk to anyone outside their team. Don't promote within and get outside hires that never really pan out.
