The CEO, No Vision, No Knowledge, Actually No Anything! She pinned the livelihoods of all employees on a cost cutting strategic IT system which actually made things more inefficient and delivered no automation, however had to deliver on her cost cutting commitments, and thus, tore the heart out of the place by getting rid of a lot great people. Not sure if she knows how bad this place is, because after getting rid of some quality people in management, she then surrounded her self with Major Bank rejects. These people who she has brought in must have got their mums and best friends to be their CV reference, it is the only thing that can explain how anyone would employ these people, they are useless! What is managements strategy you ask? Throw the problems and work at the few people that actually know what they are doing in this place. These challenges are raised to all levels of staff, but the CEO and echo chamber she is surrounded by have their heads in the sand and it continues to fall on deaf ears! Actually I was a bit hard on the CEO, she did create a culture, she created a culture where the best people want to leave because they could no longer tolerate being surrounded by fools!
