CEO is erratic, not at all strategic, totally risk adverse and has pet employees, whilst having a deep distrust of everyone else. It is so sad, this company could do great things but NOT whilst she is CEO. And the Board ( sadly) are the only ones that can’t see it. She has them so manipulated, especially the Chair. All the workforce know what she is like but can’t speak up, if you even share suggestions, ask questions etc she treats you as the enemy ( yes, for caring and trying to improve things) and she plots to get rid of them.
