Salary and benefits should be higher given the long hours most at the firm put in. Expectations of every role are high compared to other consultancies, so be prepared to work hard and long, particularly as you get more senior. Promotions are inconsistent, expectations can change within months of previous successful cohort which can make the process frustrating.
