For Consultancies, this is easily one of the best. Strong focus on culture and a genuine effort to look after employees that are performing well. I counted many colleagues as friends and really enjoyed my time at Baringa.
Minpunten
I joined a company with 300 people that was trying to be different. But as the company grew in geographical reach and 1000 employees, so it became more what it was trying to avoid: an enterprise with mail-boxes for HR and IT queries, an impersonal performance review etc. Hard to avoid, but the aggressive growth targets pushed a lot of the pleasant people aspects aside.
