Everyone is encouraged to grow and develop personally and professionally. I love the global aspect of the work and the remote, work-from-home employment they have maintained for many years pre-pandemic.

The company is small and we are building from organic growth. What we do is unique and can be hard to explain to family and friends.

Minpunten

All virtual work, which makes it difficult to establish and maintain strong personal connections. Virtual collaboration across multiple time zones has built-in challenges.
