-Super long commute (consider investing in R&D for teleportation or hyperloop technology ;-) ) -HR could provide a policies and practices handbook as a resource to employees. Was told there wasn't one. This is the first company I've ever worked for that didn't have one. -For some reason mid- and high-level management are dropping out right now and looking for opportunities elsewhere. Seems like something is going on.
