No weekends, 8-5 M-F with strict office hours.

Minpunten

Too many to list. Disorganized, unprofessional, constant employee turn over, little to no opportunity for OT.

Pluspunten

Small company that tries to give employees perks when they can, acknowledges accomplishments, most people are friendly and helpful. Working as a part of a team helps the work-load.

Minpunten

Like any job, the people can make or break it. While there were a lot of great people, I did experience someone over a decade older than me bullying me, and trying to get me fired over a medical condition. Because of their friendship with management, my issues were overlooked and I was punished for having a medical condition. Pay was fairly low for the amount of work that had to be done.
