Pluspunten
Base is an amazing start up, led by 2 top professionals, each one at their own domain. They lead the company with strong vision and devotion and as such, set the bar for the rest of the employees and motivate them to do the same. Base is the company with the LEAST amount of org. politics and office intrigues I've ever seen, and I'm in HR and I've seen a lot! The company has the most amazing DNA of people- kind, friendly, humble and collaborative. Base is led by the most amazing HR professional that I see as colleagues and mentors even after leaving the company and I hold a great respect to all those who work there, which I consider friends that I take with me, moving forward.
Minpunten
Do to the small size of the company, each employee is super impactful and really significant in building the company. That is of course a good thing, besides the cases of a few "bad apples" that were a part of Base and luckily, are NOT anymore. Those people decided to tarnish the company and its leadership in the most unprofessional, disrespectful and rude way, and I can confirm on my side that Base treats all its employees, including those who leave (me included) with the utmost respect and willingness to help.
