Pluspunten
-Extensive, decent benefits -Diverse and young team below managers. Made many friends here. -Hybrid 2 days in a modern office. Occasionally they make you come in more depending on needs. Flexible remote work and PTO depending on your manager. -Good WLB. No one stays late. M-T is 9-6. F is 9-3:30 (30-minute breaks) -Easy design work.
Minpunten
-Poor leadership from managers to execs that created a slow burn and wrecked my mental health. I was belittled and traumatized by someone that I had to keep working with. I needed to leave. Execs micromanage, have attitudes, gaslight, do not provide logical direction, circumvent rules for themselves, and make decisions on behalf of associates without considering their input. -Slow growth in title and salary, which also depends on how profitable your brands are. They give little to no room to negotiate. -It’s so easy that you get lazy and lose skills here. If you don’t leave quickly enough, you’ll be stuck. The product gets boring. -There's no consistency between title duties. Leaders can't explain the differences and have associates doing manager work. They make it sound like promotions won't happen, even when you're doing all the work. -Cross-functional teams fight each other and can't come up with solutions. -Lack of professionalism and rampant gossip. The same people keep crying in the workplace, making it awkward and uncomfortable. -Slow, inefficient IT -Constantly reminded of the tight budget for supplies and team bonding events
