The development is all offshore. Its like the product directors ask build a Round Jelly doughnut, and what you receive in return is a jelly covered frying pan. It is ridiculous. No accountability, and no openness to change in leadership or delegation of authority

A lot of opportunities to learn about manufacturing software. Employees are approachable, nice and some very knowledgeable on products.

Minpunten

Company keeps going through growing phases. HR policy should be better enforced and employees are getting away with company policies and perform in unethical manner. No room for growth. Company does not follow the contract job duties/roles that are listed in job descriptions. It's responsibilities over responsibilities and setting unrealistic expectations & deadlines.
