Ok pay and benefits for the area Steady work for full timers If your a young clean shaven drug free educated individual you can get hired here Hiring process has become easier as of late for all Good community involvement/volunteerism

Lots of nepotism here Lots of yes robots here No incentive to do good honest intelligent hard work Going thru a huge cultural turn Senior workers with ideas are often ignored and are leaving in droves Poor hands on mentoring/training Too many chiefs not enough indians
