Pluspunten

Great Talent Development program. Baxter takes risks with employees and allows cross functional promotions to further develop team members. Management frequenly promotes from within.

Minpunten

Baxter should be transperant with all empoyees on how senior positions are filled through slating processes. Often, positions are not posted and well qualified employees are placed into the vacancy.

Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

Minpunten

They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
