I have worked for this company for 9 months and and I must confess this is the worst company I have ever worked for in my entire career" . Stay away from this company as their intention is just to use and throw you and has no work ethics , very unprofessional and all they care about is how to make that extra money even if it has to screw the client, employee or the contractor. In the first place this is a one man show -Maulik Shyani is the guy running the show and he is a bag of lies and false promise, has no consideration for his employees and would do anyting to make a extra dime. He will promise you the world with a hidden clause and then get you to work as long as he can milk you dry and discard you like he never even knew you existed .
He micro manages all the employees to the extend of snooping on all their emails . That is his full time job , by the time you have check on your email he has already checked your emails ??? Horrible experience.
Dont be fooled by all the good reviews here as I know better working in this company for fairly a long periord and know exactly how he gets his reviews on Glassdoor . I am not kidding he would fall at your feet to go and write a good review on Glassdoor . As a recruiting manager I was forced to have all my recruiters in India go and write a good review on Glassdoor !!! He has even promised an ex consultant to remove a bad review that he had written and that he would find him a job. The poor soul did that and this guy Maulik did not even care to communicate with him forget helping him find a job .
Having worked at BayInfotech for 9 months as recruiting manager ,I worked hard for this company and helped with so many placements in fact they had a client where they could not even make one placement and I have helped them in 9 months to make around 14-15 placements with this client . You would be surpirsed that he has not paid me my commission for a single placement and I will definitely be taking him to the labor court. The excuses and lies he tells me everytime I ask him for the commission is unbelievable, lies after lies putting the blame on operations or that he will look into it and when I started putting more pressure on him he got rid of me so he does not have to pay me my commission. Is this really a company you would want to work at or associate yourself with ??
He definitely enjoys the "american dream by depriving you of your hard earned money and "he suits his life with luxury cars like a maserati car and family vaccations abroad. very simple your loss is his gain. It is time someone told the world the truth about him and his fake one man show company .
"Clients - please stay away from this company , he does not take care of the consultants at all and he low balls them all the time on pay rates and literally pays them nothing on their hourly rate so he can make a killing of a profit".
Employees - If you are looking for a job dont even go anywhere close to this company. In my span of 9 months here I have seen so many people who have left the company and couple have filed a law suit for reason I dont want to mention here .
Contractors - Please avoid this company and work with other vendors . This company is all about making money and will sacrifice you in a minute . They will promise you everything and drop you like you dont even exisit.
Ladiesd - Stay away from this company . This guy Maulik is a predator !!! He has sexually assaulted a women employee and co worker of mine during a work event and she she was so disgusted that she quit the job next morning . He has no consideration for coworkers and thinks his employees will just accept anything he does as he is employing them to work for this company which does not even really have an office space of its own. It is time everyone knows the truth and I just dont want another employee to go through the same experience .
