Good location. Multiple locations. Flexible hours

Minpunten

Used to be a decent company to work for. The latter mergers sent the company spiraling. They lost customer focus and ingenuity. They never would walk the talk. Employees are a commodity to them and they definitely have no desire to working with experienced people. There are no growth opportunities.

Bayer sounds great - "health for all, hunger for none". and "dynamic shared ownership". There are some truly amazing people working at Bayer.

Minpunten

But it's "health for all, hunger for none" and "dynamic shared ownership" are bogus. So many people who embraced DSO were let go for voicing their opinions. The toxic leaders made the decisions, and the organization was not truly ready for Bill Anderson's call to action. It's profits first, not people. I believed - but it saddens me to write that I was wrong.
