Good work culture, extensive growth opportunities, moderate travel if you like it. You can make yourself heard if you know the right people.

Minpunten

Politics as is to be seen everywhere in Corporate America. Ofcourse, you need to know the right kind of people or do good amount of networking to gain success, promotions ( again pretty much the same scenario everywhere).

Bayer sounds great - "health for all, hunger for none". and "dynamic shared ownership". There are some truly amazing people working at Bayer.

Minpunten

But it's "health for all, hunger for none" and "dynamic shared ownership" are bogus. So many people who embraced DSO were let go for voicing their opinions. The toxic leaders made the decisions, and the organization was not truly ready for Bill Anderson's call to action. It's profits first, not people. I believed - but it saddens me to write that I was wrong.
