I’m frustrated because it feels like the founder doesn’t understand how Indian startups work. A startup isn’t an MNC with 10–7 rules and endless man-hour tracking. We’re stuck in long meetings instead of building. Tech feels undervalued. Even hiring a teacher from Abu Dhabi with no real Indian startup experience adds to the disconnect. This comes from concern, not negativity.
