The job used to be manageable and low-stress even though you're dealing with mental health patients. Now it's a nightmare. The company was bought by Anthem, an aftercare coordinator who has literally no management experience somehow became a manager, and every single minute of our day started being micromanaged. They introduced a new clock-in system which loads so slowly that we need to clock in five minutes before our lunch period ends, leading us to get a 25 minute lunch instead of the 30 minute lunch that we are required by law to have. They changed the structure of calls such that we need to call clients about 5 times a day, which clients seriously hate. The whole place is a mess.
