All staff complete a minimum of 40 hours training per year and many staff complete training hours well in excess of that. In fact, in a consultant’s first few months with the company, each new hire attends BearingPoint School in Berlin for one week, a week that our people feel grows them both personally and professionally and where they have a lot of fun! In addition, we offer a wide array of training covering technical courses, personal development, on-the-job learning as well as an online portal that offers thousands of business and technical courses. The employment market in Dublin is buoyant indeed and while we never like to see our valued employees move on, we are proud that our staff turnover rates are very low, well below the industry average.
