They can host employees in a specific building. Clean but urgently needs renovation and no fire alarm and many employees smoking in their rooms.
Work is in French, no English and therefore limited language skills. The working culture is totally French although hotel is located in Switzerland. Eg. promotion decision are mostly based on diploma, not skills nor experience. Good thing is that employees (employee level only) are most often respectful of each other.
Minpunten
depending on the department you work, management can be the "old way". The GM of the group cares more about numbers than about the employees. You are just a number and if not happy or complaining, they would rather say : go somewhere else, with no curiosity why or how they could improve management (high turnover). Employees suggestions are not listened nor considered. Treatment amongst employee is unequal and depends on one's political abilities.
