Pluspunten
They tout their culture, and rightly so. They are big on their values, and pretty much all of the non-leadership employees live and breathe it, and model it with integrity. They record most, if not all, meetings, and managers review them often and provide constructive feedback. It was a genuinely fun place to work, the kind of place you wake up and look forward to working. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and genuinely cares about each other (they don't just say it, they LIVE it) and are fantastic about collaborating. Their Core Values are PIC: Passion, Innovating, and Caring; I can say from personal experience this is not just a catchphrase, but something legitimately modeled by all employees.
Minpunten
The leadership team strongly came across as an insiders/old-boys club. While the non-leadership employees lived that values day in and day out, the leadership team constantly evangelized these values, but some did not follow them as consistently. When everything was running smoothly they were followed, but when the chips were down, they could suddenly go out the window. Still a good place to work, and not fundamentally different than the majority of employers, but the hypocrisy was disappointing after all the emphasis on culture.
