Thanks for your feedback. We are, as you say, a great place to start, but so much more so than that! There is so much room for career growth and we've had the pleasure of watching so many entry-level Behavior Technicians climb the ranks to Senior Behavior Technician, Case Manager, BCBA Supervisor, and even Clinical Directors! Every day is a different challenge, but also a new reward - whether teaching a child to say his first word, toilet training a kiddo showing readiness, watching a child say "I love you" to a parent for the first time, or countless other moments...the rewards are endless!
