      easy job if your a caring person interested in the field. Love the kids I have worked with.

      new company you can tell based on how they treat and aid there new employees they also make you think you have opportunity to get paid for gas mileage until day of training this is frustrating when you still drive far but just not enough for compensation

      The trainings were comprehensive and often. The leads above me were always competent and serious about their work and training me throughout my time. The kids themselves were so sweet and their needs were effectively catered to by the ABA specialists. The company was constantly promoting within and paying for testing to help employees get registered. The overall vibe of the office was fun and helpful to everyone.

      There will always be more hours/clients in the summer as is the nature of childcare. It can be difficult to match with the right family that has a good handle on their schedule and consistently shows up.
