Only cares about his public image and doesn't care about others. All his decisions such as the change in WFH policies is to force people to be in the office so he can stroke his ego in believing he have a successful business due to the presence of a bunch of employees onsite... He doesn't care about the employees, which he clearly stated openly during an all hands when it was brought up about the first WFH policy change when someone inquired about people leaving, to which he replied he would just replace them, as if we were only tools and not actual humanbeings like him...
