Minpunten
They keep doing major reorgs and layoffs that went from yearly, to bi-annually. This is causing huge issues downstream for obvious reasons. Everyone’s in fear of their job, including upper management, which causes a lot of finger pointing. They come out with too many products with no channel strategy, so it causes downstream issues with too many similar products being sold on too many channels, with no real demand for the price range. Too much of the budget is spent on promotions instead of upper funnel marketing, to chase revenue targets that keep climbing from previous year’s targets (that were never met). So targets are almost 50% YoY. I believe this is so they don’t have to payout bonus. They haven’t had salary increases (even merit to meet inflation) or company party in two years. On top of it, heavy meeting and corporate culture at its worst. Like what you see on instagram.
