Pluspunten

Not much. OT can be a lot or none. People who should be promoted don’t and everyone else does because they have relatives high up.

Minpunten

They only bend over backwards to promote people they know i.e. someone who is related to a person in management, brown noses with person above them. They are the ones that get promoted super fast and don’t have to even meet the requirements and brag about it. Everyone else has to work hard and meet the minimum requirements from corporate.

Pluspunten

Floor production staff is awesome; office staff not so much. Average blah company.

Minpunten

Managers are poorly trained. Cheap salaries. Very poor work culture- ignores holidays, employee picnic/ get-togethers. Burdensome non-value work.

Pluspunten

Minimal need for overtime and fair communication when additional work may be needed for this role.

Minpunten

Serious restructuring of pay structure is needed for this role. Across the board more assistance and help is needed for the Minnesota branches. We are constantly asking for assistance and help both in resources, training, time, and employees but then there is constantly a question on why targets aren't being met despite us communicating needs. Minimal opportunity for advancement.
