Reading some of these reviews frustrate me because I have been in retail along time and understand what it's like to work for a not so great company. Do they expect us to up hold their customer service standards, Yes And so they should because that's what gets us our pay every week. So a con for me would be, other staff expecting to be just given everything but not pulling their weight in store.
