      Well the company has great vision and values but no real LEADERS to drive them.

      Minpunten

      The company is filled with people who always are concerned for their personal goals rather than concentrating on employee issues. These kind of people mostly exists in Sr.Mgmt and above, with no realtime experience in that field. They were brought in to the company with references and influence. I really don't understand why the HR is tolerating them. Infact even the HR is compelled to play by the rules of the management.

      Berkadia is such a unique place to work. I have spent nearly 8 years of my professional career here and have greatly enjoyed the people, culture and pace at which the firm has grown. They have always stayed true to being client focused and people centric. The business model is extremely sharp so as far as stability is concerned for a private firm Berkadia has what it takes to continue to take care of its employees. I also love how the firm is focused on innovation and recently AI. As a person still growing in my professional career Berkadia has all the right elements to keep me engaged, fulfilled and truly cared about.

      Leadership can lack at communication across the firm which can be hard in a distributed environment.
