no salary, bad management, micro management. A very bad place to work. Extreme Micro management, no structure what so ever and no salaries either. Managers like Muneeb and Zainab are extremely rude to the employees and often degrade them for dominance. Salaries are very late often 4 months...maybe longer. You are responsible for everything and the higher management does nothing but make sure you know they are higher management. A very bad passive aggressive management with no structure or HR. You don't get lunch breaks or bathroom breaks and forget about namaz break. For students also its a scam if anything. Charging you in lakhs if not more and the classes provided are not worth it . There is no refund policy so once you pay them. You are never getting your money back. Thats how they scam you. The teachers are not trained or qualified and there is nothing in the world that costs this much. Parents please don't waste your money over this idea and concept. It will not help your kids. Dont give them your money. They dont pay their employees either
