Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. Start-up environments are definitely challenging places to work. There is always so much to do and always something to be a part of. We love what we do and many employees have said they don't feel like they are at work. We hope that is the case. We work hard to make it so. Everyone's contribution is crucial to our success. There is no one cruising around on our team and work is stimulating yet not debilitating. Some even quote it as "relaxed hard work.” We have also had feedback about the projects being steady work but also fun to do and very self fulfilling because of its innovative environment integrating the newest technologies whenever possible. While we do need to make hard decisions sometimes to respect everybody's incredible efforts, our values encourage help and support to our teammates as opposed to chastising when results are not there. And we really try everything we can to make everyone on the team succeed.
