Everything: No pay, awful mentorship, few if any resources, no leads. This is a firm that has been banking on its past record from years ago with nothing to show for the past 3 years. Anyone that had any talent has left the firm. One would think there would be an opening to thrive in this environment, but none of the partners are capable of helping you close a deal.
