Pluspunten
The Bengaluru office is in the center of the city, in Banashankari; it is close to the Banashankari Metro Station. Traveling to and from the office is super convenient. The team's work culture and leadership style are amazing in the product team. Freshers in the team are mentored and guided by all team members. We are all encouraged to lead team efforts and take up new responsibilities and roles. The open door policy allows us to approach my director, vice president, and even the CEO freely. I have had multiple interactions with the CEO and have seen positive outcomes from our discussions.
Minpunten
The employee benefits must be improved. There are only limited perks that employees get compared to similar-sized companies. There is no canteen inside the IT park. Parking is a major problem.
