      There have been problems in the past but I see genuine effort from the company to turn things around.

      Effort might be too slow for other people. Pay is only average.

      Work from home, clients have interesting challenges to solve, management is willing to pass on projects that don’t match our values. Generous when you need to take time in the day and days off every other Friday

      Past leadership had been lacking but recent changes point in the right direction

      WFH, flexibility with schedule/PTO, benefits are decent.

      Minpunten

      Pay is below average and is not worth it despite the nice benefits offered. Toxic leadership, they talk about change and claim they are transparent but will lay you off with no notice. There is no opportunity to grow within your career.

      Thank you for sharing your experience at the company. As the owner and CEO, I care about the experiences our team members have, and I'm glad to have the chance to respond. One of the biggest challenges of the last few years has been finding the right balance of transparency, especially as we've adapted to a changing market and made the very difficult decision to scale back or discontinue certain services. If you were one impacted by these changes, I wish you the best of luck in your career.
