-You do not get or grow your designing knowledge as they are stuck on one Industry of Pharmaciticles they only have Pharmaciticles work and they not looking for new they always go with the same designe concept, means if any inhouse team and Boss says this is a very good design all other teams go behind that design and designer and ignore the other designer or employee means one person will get a load of work and other got free time no work till the them design is not selected. - So basicaly if you looking for 1 yr Job then go ahead Bcoz after 1 year your design concept will old for them when they see the new designer new idea and concept and you will free and be ready for go out
