This happened a few times with more notice, but still had not received full pay on payday. - Been strung along with the promise of potential career advancement opportunities that led nowhere - Lack of transparency from leadership - Lack of communication/support from leadership - Competitive salaries rarely exist. They pay below the local market salary band for most roles of their employees - High turnover of both junior and senior team members
